Order Processing Guidelines

1. Products shipped FOB factory, El Paso, TX.
2. UPS is the preferred carrier.
3. All orders must have prior credit approval before shipping.
4. Add $1.75 per address on drop ship orders.
5. To assure delivery by December 24, please place order by December 3. We will advise the best possible ship date on orders received after December 3.
6. Please indicate desired in-hand dates. In-hand dates and product availability can not be guaranteed after December 3.
7. Minimum quantity for Logo orders is 25 units.
8. No C.O.D. shipping available.
9. All purchase orders to be in writing, no verbals orders accepted.
10. Litigation arising from alleged infringement of patents, trademarks, and copyrights is the sole responsibility of the distributor.
11. Gifts without customization are $2 less than listed price.
